Introduction About the Program

Why has this site been set up?

The reason that this site has been set up for mothers like you is to share information which you may not otherwise access. We know that many mothers of a child with a disability have limited time and have restrictions on attending workshops and opportunities in the community that may assist them to understand how best to address their own well-being. It is true that not enough is available to assist mothers like you to address your own health and well-being needs. Therefore we are providing you with some information relevant to many mothers like you, in one website. We hope that you find the information useful and helpful.

Mothers are very important people.

You are a very important person.

It is not necessary to buy or read these articles. However we are sharing the list for your information.
