Your time for me plans: getting the health, wellbeing a lifestyle that you want

You will find templates in this section that may assist you in setting your own goals or areas for change in your life. There are videos where other women discuss what they decided to change and how they achieved long standing changes. We thank these women for sharing their stories.

There are three templates. The templates have columns for you to record your own plans. The templates are set up like this:

Column 1—write down your goal or what you want to change

Column 2—write down your aim or the details about the area you wish to change

Column 3—write down the supports that will help you reach your goal or desired change.

Column 4—write what actions you will take to make the changes

Every template has some real examples. Take some time to think about what you hope to achieve in your time for me plan.
