Healthy Mothers Healthy Families e-workshops for 2024.

We welcome your attendance at this free opportunity to join a supportive group workshop to learn about ways to improve your own health and wellbeing presented by the excellent HMHF-facilitators at Kindred.

Our program is evidence based and underpinned by research spanning 18 years with mothers of children with disabilities.
Mothers are very important people.
